We are a pet friendly community. We do not have any weight restrictions, however, we do not allow any aggressive breed (Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds) or any mix thereof. There's a pet fee of $300 up front and $15 pet rent per month. Limit 2 pets per unit.
Avalon has Wilmington's only pet washing station and also offers a leash-free dog park!
